At BSF Seeds you can pay with any domestic or international credit card, as well as any domestic debit card. We have one of the most secure payment methods (PAYLIKE), as it is verified by visa and encoded at 128 bits. In the process of your purchase, before introducing any data, we redirect you to the bank’s web page and it is there where the data of the card is introduced, being carried out the exchange of information in the bank’s web page and not ours.

Under no circumstances does BSF Seeds have access to your bank details.

If you have problems making a purchase it may be because your card is not enabled to operate in a secure web environment. Please contact your bank and they will solve it quickly. If the problem persists, please write to [email protected] to help.

Transfer

You can pay your order by bank transfer directly to our account. You must indicate the order number in the reference (#), as well as your name and surname.

Shipping terms and conditions: How do you ship?

At BSF Seeds we ensure that all our shipments are discreet. If you have any questions or suggestions before sending your order, you can write to us at [email protected] to help you.

Shipping

Transport via Courier MRW/ CORREOS ( only for Canary Islands ):

– Spain: The delivery time is 24h / 48h, except holidays (Peninsula)

– Islands: Delivery time is 5-10 days, except holidays (Balearic and Canary Islands)

– Other countries: Delivery time is 5-10 days, except holidays.

– Outside the Eurozone: The delivery time is between 20 and 30 days except holidays, depending on the area.

Shipping

Once we confirm the payment of your order, we will send you by mail the confirmation of the shipment. We will also send you the tracking number the day after the departure of your order.

Please note that orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, depending on the time the order is placed.

If we are unable to meet the delivery deadline, we will contact you, informing you of the reason for the delay and proposing alternative solutions. BSF Seeds does not assume responsibility for delays caused by contingencies beyond our control.

Free shipping

All purchases over 100 euros will have free shipping only for those areas covered by the courier supplier. You can confirm if your order will be sent free of charge by sending an email to [email protected]

Responsibilities

A mistake in your order: If you made a mistake in your order, you have a period of 24 hours from the confirmation of the order to make the appropriate changes, sending an email to [email protected]

You did not receive your order: In the event that you have received notification of completion of your order, you have a period of 72 hours to acknowledge that you have not received it, by sending an email to [email protected] Once this period has expired we will understand that the reception of your order has been satisfactory.

Important: orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be modified or cancelled.

Guarantees

Guarantees for seeds that do not germinate or have genetic defects – which can be linked to the genetic stability of the plant – will be accepted provided that the guarantee form is duly completed.

It is necessary to keep the original package to claim your warranty.

BSF Seeds will not be responsible under any circumstances for shipments confiscated by Customs or similar entities. It is the duty of our customers to inform themselves about national regulations before making a purchase.
